Terms of service
Relumea is operated by Serpio Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202642849C), a company registered in Singapore at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. For privacy and support enquiries, contact [email protected].
The short version: compiles you dispatch count against your plan, your artifacts stay yours, and either side can walk away.
Service
Relumea provides the approved hosted Workbench and compile service. Broader hosted analysis and AI features remain closed. This portal manages product access, workspaces, API keys, usage and plan records; Casdoor manages sign-in and identity.
The hosted beta currently covers binary upload and static inspection. Analysis (functions, match verdicts, decompilation and reports) is not available in the hosted Workbench yet; it comes later.
Every compile outcome is 200 with a status field; validation failures are 422 and metering answers 402/403/413/429 with documented headers. The service never returns a 5xx for bad input.
Plans and billing
Every dispatched compile counts as one unit of the plan’s allowance, success or compiler error alike. The container ran either way. Validation refusals and the operator’s own failures (runner down, timeout, capacity, publish fault) count nothing. Allowances reset monthly per plan; at the limit requests are refused until the period resets, and nothing is charged automatically.
All tiers are invitation-only. Casdoor holds the subscription assigned by the Relumea team; product usage and resource limits remain enforced here. Paid checkout is closed.
Your content
Source you send and artifacts you produce belong to the account that produced them. Artifacts are kept for the retention window of the plan and then retired; retired bytes answer 410 and leave on the maintenance schedule. Closing an account revokes its API keys and browser sessions at once and refuses further sign-in here. Closing a personal product account ends access across its workspaces. The native Casdoor identity remains separate. Retained product records, artifacts and usage follow the documented retention schedules.
Workbench project sharing
Free-plan Workbench projects and completed binaries, including names, file measurements and static inspection results, are shared with signed-in, approved Relumea users as Public content. They are not available anonymously. Paid projects can be Public or Private. New paid projects start Private. Upload only content you have permission to share. Account settings, email addresses, billing records, credentials and audit logs are not Public content.
Acceptable use
A workspace is a tenant; a person can belong to more than one workspace. Do not share API keys outside your pipeline, do not resell the allowance, and do not use the service to harm the shared runners. Abuse bounds (rate, concurrency, fair share) are enforced per tenant and abusive accounts are suspended. Suspended product accounts cannot admit new work; contact support to review access.
Ending
You can close your product account from account settings. Contact support about a native subscription assignment. The operator may suspend accounts that abuse the service. Paid checkout and automatic charging remain closed.
